Recent progress in C-N Ullmann coupling has led to the emergence of several protocols utilizing supporting ligands to achieve efficiency at moderate reaction temperatures. In 2006, Buchwald and coworkers  introduced 2-(2-Methyl-1-oxopropyl)Cyclohexanone (SP-44001, CAS# 39207-65-3) as a supporting ligand, making it possible to carry out copper-catalyzed coupling of aryl iodides with aliphatic amines at room temperature. Now SpeedChemical can offer this ligand to medicinal chemists and biotechnological chemists to speed up their chemical research. Please see its Product Section for details.
